careers in animals

how many of u have a career to do with animals? or part time?

Ive always wanted to work with animals, but have no idea what sorts of things u can go into and what relevant courses to take.

Being a vet is out of the question, far too sqeemish!!!

Why don't you become a VN?

Long hours, crap pay, but the job satisfaction is worth it (most of the time anyway)

i did some work experience at a vets to see what it wouldbe like to be a vet nurse, i couldnt hack it!

Ive recently realised there are less gory jobs u can do with animals, but not sure how to get into them or what they all are?

I don't have a career with animals....yet!
There are just no jobs in this area with animals

I've done 1 year at college (part time) doing Animal Care.
Now i'm doing canine studies.

I spend a lot of time at my friends pet shop - thats as close as I can get to a career at the moment! lol

from home would be easier, cos then i could work more. But then at a college might be better?

Search online for an agricultural college near to you.
Or check out
www.animalcarecollege.co.uk
That is who I am doing my course through. It's quite expensive though.
