Dog Whisperer (Cesar Millan) ..are you a Fan?

Just wondering how many people are fans of the dog wisperer?

I am, i think his shows awesome and he is so great with dogs. Someone could be having problems with their dogs for years and ceaser comes in and within 5 minutes he solves the problem . Ive learned alot from his shows and his tips and everything actually work . Only thing is i cant get the ShhhhT noise down yet lol . What are your thoughts?

Use the search facility (advanced search) you will find any amount of threads on CM.

To get his shhhht noise right you have to use an e collar & time the shock to the shhhht then it will work

As a rule my dogs have already been traumatised by people who think it`s OK to kick, strangle and browbeat dogs.
So - that`d be a no from me.

If you question people who support him, what they actually like is the miracle cure and the psychobabble. I`ve never yet met anyone who kicks, pins down and chokes their dog.
What they tend to say is `he tells you to excercise your dog, and to be clear and confident` like it was a momentous `new` theory.
