Does anyone know if you can e-mail in an order or does it have to be sent away?

I haven't ordered anything for a while but I know in the past I have printed off the order form and sent it with a cheque. I don't know if they have the facility for accepting payment on line. You could try phoning, they might take your credit card details so you can email the form.

I tend to buy stuff direct when they are at shows.

I'll be phoning tomorrow when I get a chance I prefer online ordering as you can do it when it suits... I'm too impatient to send off an order by mail ha ha!!
