The sweetest thing

Mia is doing her impression of a draught excluder
Something caught my eye and I looked over at her
every now and again still fast asleep her tail is giving a burst of wagging

Dread to think what she is dreaming about - but its lovely to see and imagine she is having happy thoughts

What makes it even nicer for me is for the first 18 months from when I got her she never just wagged her tail for no reason, yes if she was trying to manipulate food from you, but not just a for no reason happy wag

Awwww that's lovely

Perhaps she is dreaming of her zoomies with Jet? Or Jet's owner who feeds her chicken

it could be, she did have a good day

I think its more about her training Ben to let her stand on him so she can reach my car keys while I am sleeping

I am glad you are enjoying watching your dog dreaming.

I really don't like it when my dogs twitch their legs or start thumping their tails in their sleep-it gives me the heebies!

Parker squeaks in his sleep sometimes and I say to Jamie "oh no-Parker is having a bad dream about going to the treats cupboard and it being empty"!

Jamie just replies "He is having a lovely dream about chasing squirrels"

Oh I know the twitches freaks me out - and Ben sleep sobs which is freaky
Mia wasnt twitching or anything she just seemed totaly relaxed and happy, it was very cute

I nearly called the vet the first time Ben had the twitches - I thought he was having a fit or something!

Buffy often wags her tail whilst sh is sleeping. It makes me laugh because it usually starts slowly then it wags very fast several times before slowing down. I like to imagine that she is having a lovely dream and she is chasing rabbits which she adores doing -never catches anything though or in her dream I have just walked through the door and she is happy to see me.

Aww bless. Kaya used to suckle in her sleep when she was a young pup that was cute. I love when there legs move like their running. I am guilty of waking my dogs up to say its okay if they start to cry!

ah -you;ve reminded me our lovely Cherry used to do that when she was old! (suckling).

I wake Parker up too and tell him everything is ok and that there are plenty of treats in the cupboard but Jamie says not to.
