If our flat is not damp enough we have discovered that the upstairs flat has a leak and it is flooding Steve's ceiling in his wardrobe area and also our airing cupboard area in the kitchen..............things go from bad to worse!

Oh flaming heck Moyra, must be catching, sorry I passed it onto you. Has your neighbour got someone out to it and is he insured. Take piccies, my insurance has asked for piccies and its dried out a lot now and doesn't look quite as catastrophic as it did. I was that worried about the electrics and having no loo I never gave it a thought

I have informed the housing association and my landlady and Steve actually caught hold of my upstairs neighbour tonight and she said she would look into it, so hopefully she will get it sorted.

The neighbour has just called round apparently it is the back of her washing machine that is leaking, she has someone coming out tomorrow to see to it. It must have been leaking for weeks!
