I've just gone running with the girls!!

Yep

The new pain killers have started to work and this morning, having taken tramadol, paracetamol and codeine I went running!

Ok, so I only did a few steps at a time and walked for most of it but OMG it felt so good to be able to run a few steps every now and again!!

I haven't been able to do it for ages because my knee is just too painful. It hurts to walk so the impact of running meant I just couldn't do it.

I'm by no means pain free, and it caused me some pain to do it, but I was able to do it so I don't care!

Really looking forward to the weather getting better as I'm going to restart agility with Takara!

(Can you tell I'm rather chuffed?)

Well done Lottie...no wonder you feel chuffed.

Hey, isn't it about time we had another fix of your darling spotties?

Well I have been in pain all week

So agility is a goer if I don't mind being immobile for a week after it!

Still - have a follow up with the pain specialist soon so I shall tell him I need a wee bit stronger!
