Daisy - Border Collie
Daisy is coming to Wiccaweys from Limerick Animal Welfare.
Daisy is a tri-colour collie of approximately twelve months of age. She's on the small side for a collie.
Daisy was rescued from the streets by a kind girl who kept Daisy in her home for several weeks before delivering her to rescue.
Daisy is a little bit shaken by her experiences and her confidence is low. She is very wary of new people, but once you approach her gently with a titbit, you soon gain her trust! Once Daisy feels safe with you, she comes for a cuddle and loves to be fussed.
Daisy has a lot of potential but she will need a quiet, understanding home to get her back on her feet. Daisy's new owner will need to spend a lot of time bonding with her through TLC and lots of activities.
Daisy is an active, intelligent dog so she will need lots of exercise and stimulation in her new home.

*All Wiccaweys dogs are vaccinated, neutered where appropriate, microchipped, flea-treated and wormed before leaving for their new homes.
*All dogs are carefully assessed within a home environment, no Wiccaweys dog is kennelled.
*All potential new Guardians are required to fill in an adoption application form and a homecheck will be carried out.
*All successful new Guardians are required to sign
an adoption contract.
*Lifetime advice, commitment and support to rehomed dogs and their new Guardians.
*Help and advice is available to all.
