We feed usually about 6 AM and 6 PM. If 8 and 5:30 work better for your schedule, go with it. Just make the other 2 meals slightly larger and the lunch slightly smaller every day for a week.

You can also switch to an adult chow to slow growth now. Slowing growth allows the joints to develop under less stress. For the same reason, keep the puppy lean, see http://www.longliveyourdog.com/twoplus/RateYourDog.aspx

Start off, by reducing the midday feed down.. adding what you take away to either the morning or evening meal

What ever time suits you best, if 8 and 5.30/6pm suits, then stick to it

Hello!!

Just out of interest, does Scamp still eat his middle meal?

I kept feeding 3 times until each dog wasn't interested in the meal. With Max, he was about 6/7 months old, and Murphy was about 8 months old (mind you, Murphy would eat until he pops!)
