Goodbye Molly and Nudge.

Hi, I haven't been on here for a long time, life gets so busy it seems.
I have dropped in today to share the news of Molly and Nudge for those of you who remember them.
Nudge crossed the bridge on 4th December, she was almost 12. Molly , with a broken heart I feel, joined her sister on the 26th Feb. She was just about to be 13 yrs old.
It has taken me until now to find the strength to share this with you all.
We had the best of times. Their last jaunt took them from their beautiful Orkney home all the way to Cornwall. They had a ball.
I think I have added a couple of pictures. If they aren't here I'll edit to add.

We are clinging on to Ben Carole by the skin of his teeth! He is now 12, totally deaf and has lost his anal tone - such that we have accidents most days in the house! No worries, we have hard floors and being raw fed his poos are small, firm and easy to pick up and flush down the loo, no harm done. We are taking each day as it comes, but hopefully we will have him for Christmas when OH hits 70!l We have had to buy him a ramp so he can get up into the back of the Discovery!

skjerstad - so sorry to hear about Molly and Nudge - 2 beautiful dogs. May they RIP xx gnasher xx

Caroline, I do understand, and I certainly do remember Molly & Nudge. I think you joined Dogsey about the same time as I did and I just loved looking at your photos of the two, many years ago we had a Labrador and I still love them.

Hello Caroline, such very sad news about Molly and Nudge
To lose them both so close together must have been doubly painful.

It's such a shame that Dogs live short lives. 12 to 15 years goes by so quickly and just as we found them and all their little quirks time has passed on and so have they. God rest their little souls and may they find joy over the Bridge. God bless all.

Gnasher, We went through some tough to too, but as soon or say, hard floors are a saving grace.

Meg, so true, we also lost our rescues cat the week after Molly, he had FAIDS, such an emotional time.,
They were great girls, did so many miles with me all over Scotland. We were blessed.

Losos, I remember you too, we were part of the original team, when we went from dog web to dogsey!

I'm looking to Renome now, no more puppies for me I don't think.
