2 nearly new Hi Viz Waterproof dog coats

I bought these coats for my 2 Spots but unfortunately they are just too big for them.
I have altered them but they are still in almost new condition. I have shortened the velcro on the middle strap and added a webbing strap and clip buckle, and taken about an inch or so off in length and drop (if you didn't know they had been altered you wouldn't be able to tell) but unfortunately they are still drowning my pups and would be more suitable to slightly chunkier dogs than my 2 that are built like whippets.

They are now 55cm and 60cm long from base of neck to back.
