tennis elbow

well its official - blackie has caused both of us to get tennis elbow by throwing balls using the plastic chuckit. i have threatened to sue o/h as he bought me blackie.

no point in suing blackie as he could only pay in bones

ps very painful at present as doc put an injection in to help in long run

Go to a pharmacy and get a tennis elbow band.
Much, much better than drugs - honest!
Really simple solution, really helps.
Wear it now, to ease the discomfort
Wear it whenever you're doing the activity which brings on the condition (chucking the ball for Blackie) and it will keep it away in the future.

I think I'll go and get one DM. My OH has just just been told he's got tennis elbow (apparently from a torn muscle he did over 18 months ago) He's in pain most of the time, so this might help him (if he'll wear it )
