A) Governments and Military have been carrying out weather modification for a long time.

B) Why they are doing it!!

This is no longer a 'conspiracy theory' and it is being carried out on a global basis!!!

They have been carrying out weather modification for a long time. I am in my late 30's and never remembered seeing these really long trails before, or the grids, strategically placed Xs etc., and neither does my partner who is 46, or my dad who is 78!

Please view the links I have supplied to gain further information. The trails we see nowadays are definitely not just water vapour!!

No offense but I can't be bothered to sit and watch long videos about it.

Also, I don't trust the validity of anything scientific on Wikipedia. In fact, I learnt that on the very first day of university!

None of those links answer my question anyway. If we had the means to modify the weather for the greater good, why don't we? it would solve a lot of problems.

We do have the means to modify the weather. But do you think that the powers that be really care about us to want to use this 'power' they have in their hands for the betterment of mankind?? They most certainly do not!!!

Without wanting to sound too much like an idealist. This world we live in could be absolutely perfect with everyone and everything living equally. There would be no hunger, or poverty and everybody would be as 'wealthy' as the next person. But this is not allowed to happen, as some want it all for themselves and don't want the rest to have anything.

They have so much that we don't know about, both monetary wealth and technology that could help ALL of humanity if they wanted!!!

Well you see what confuses me is, as far as I am aware "the powers that be" ARE US!!... as we all share the same planet, it would be rather like cutting your nose of to spite your face if they (whoever they are) have the "power" it improve our world and its climate for the benefit of mankind, but don`t act on it

So you will have to forgive me for taking all this with a pinch of salt... until the "powers that be" move of to a new plane and abandon ours and us...(the lesser mortals)

But they (Governments, the elite etc) are ok though, they don't suffer!

I'm sure they're not all 'conspiracy theorists' and they must have better things to do with their time than devote hours to adding this page to their website, setting up a petition, having conferences etc about this subject, if it was just all wild fantasy!!

As I keep saying, just look at the sky and you will see that these trails do not look or behave like contrails! The altitude the majority of the time is wrong, the length is wrong and their behaviour is wrong!

I'm sorry but if you won't take the time to look into all this properly and go the rabbit hole (as such!), then you will never believe or realise anything that I am saying is true. It's really up to you. But one thing I know, time is running out for us to not wake up to what is happening in our skies and all the damage it is doing. We really don't have the time to waste and I know that sounds dramatic, but it is true!!!
