Absent Friends

Please raise your glass, light a candle or spare a moment`s thought for all those who will not be with us this Christmas.

I would particularly like to mention John Derondon, and the beloved companions of our members who have left us in the past year.

Please add your own words and images of those who will be in your thoughts this year.

Far too many to list, but they - both human and canine - are always in my thoughts, but more so at this time of year.

Until we meet again xxxx

To my dad our 13th christmas without him and still missed so much.

Gordens mum 34 years now still remembered and missed especially at christmas. Uncle Eric Gordens uncle who passed earlier this year. His mums brother. And of course Max and Ollie.

Also all the Dogsey members and canine friends who have passed.

My wonderful, brave sister Sarah. Our first christmas without her and it will be 5 months to the day that we said goodbye. Not an hour goes past that I don't think of her. Not a minute goes past that I don't miss her and resent so much that her life was so cruelly stolen away from her.

My heart goes out to all those who will also be missing a loved one this christmas, be they human or furry.

Thank you for this Claire, it is a lovely thing to do. xxxx

Yes indeed I will raise a glass held here in my hand to all those who have touched my life and have gone before me although too many to mention they are in my thoughts.
