My dog is following me non stop!

Hello
i just wanna say a huge hello ive just joined so would love to make some friends and learn facts!

well i have a cross breed dog westie/yorkshire terrior
shes 9 years old and keeps following me non stop and she gets under my feet when you look at her she will start to cry and runaway ?
whats wrong with her?
how can i stop her from getting under my feet?

I'd get her seen by your vet, sounds as if she has discomfort

In that case why not stop and play with her for a while then teach her a `settle` ? It could be boredom?
If not, and she gets lots of play and walks, maybe teaching a `go to bed` with a reward will help her?

i know how you feel my 11 1/2 yr old springer wont leave me alone everytime i get up he follows me always under my feet but think hes going a bit senile hell only settle at 9 when he goes to bed in his cage
