It's somewhere to keep a puppy safe at times when you can't watch him, He doesn't live in it.

As for the first pic of the litter all bundled together - just wanted to crawl into the screen and get snuggled down in with them all!

I heard already about their use, but it's simply not a common practice over here, at least here down in the South
unless some people use those dog crates in their cars
but I think less for their security but for to keep their cars clean

20 years ago I would have been horrified at the thought of a crate too but now it seems like common sense.

I didn't buy a crate for my puppy and she chewed a couple of things ripped wires off walls and pulled up my wooden floor thankfully she has not damaged anything in a while but if i was to ever get another pup I would get a crate to keep her safe whilst unsupervised.
