That woman was a gold plated Moron, and it would be funny if not for the fact that poor Keiko had been doing so well and just did not deserve this episode.

I do hope that it has no lasting effect, and in a way you can be very proud that she did nothing more than pin the dog down and frighten the wits out of it.

Some people need training, I don't know about the dogs!! How stupid. I think a lot of dogs would have reacted in the way Keiko did it may not be such a set back.

Firstly what a stupid stupid woman.

Secondly I would say all your training to her reactivity has paid off she didn't bite she just put the rude dog down and waited for you and the stupid owner to collect the dog and move it on. The same as any dog with a rude dog in its face would more than likely do especially as your dog was in a working mentality. So I would say you and Keiko have done extremely well with the training.
As for stupid owners well we can do nothing about them unfortunately.

I hope your walk with the other dogs goes smoothly I have a feeling it will.
