Perhaps try James Wellbeloved with no grain. I have heard good reports with this. Although of course there is no guarantee.

im not a fan of jwb all my other dogs had the runs on it so reluctant to try it on her.i doubt the vet will have any more to say as they dont know alot but at least she can see the video now of her
