sleep!!!!!

I just can't seem to fall asleep at night.....

During the week days where I'm up at 5 am, I can't fall asleep before after 11 pm!!!!!!

And now yesterday (friday) I went to bed at around midnight... and at 7.30 this morning I woke up......

I'm sooo tired and need some sleep....

I've bought some lavendar oil and will sprinkle a few drops on my pillow. Thanks for the tip Jenny

Try a few drops of oil of lavender on your pillow - it's very relaxing.

Yes , 2 or 3.
Don't put it directly under where your face is going to go - in the corner of the pillow the way you face to sleep is best. It's lovely. really relaxing - you should drift off on a cloud........Hope so, it's horrible, not sleeping.
