Our cultural weekend away. Gormley statues on Crosby beach.

Gorden really wanted to see these the Gormley statues on Crosby Beach were on his to do list and it just happened that Juame Plensa was showing at the Yorkshire sculpture park so we decided to combine the two.

The Gormley statues were amazing I was really amazed at them it was for me quite spiritual can't quite say why.

Interesting when I was in Guernsey the other year I saw the Gormley statues on the ramparts of the fort, personally I think I would have preferred them had they been a little less ahem, anatomically correct!
