I've Had a Fall

This morning when I got up, for no apparent reason I fell.
I managed to guard my new hip and fell onto my knee on the other side, which is also arthritic. I also hurt the hip that side and my shoulder.
I actually fell onto Mo's bed so I had a reasonably soft landing but as the day has gone on I have got stiffer and sorer and Mo keeps coming and giving me licks.
She is probably very pleased she was not on her bed

oh hun, that's not good. Hopefully its nothing more than bruising which whilst painful, won't last too long.

As you say, good job Mo's bed was there, but that she wasn't in it.

Ouch, Jen....... hope you feel better soon. Trouble is, hon, the older we get, the longer it takes to recover.
