HOw to get pics from mobile phone?

Hi

I have a Motorola V500 phone and although I can take pictures on it - how do I download them from the phone - does it need a special connection or something?


Anyone help ?

or you may need either a USB cable or com port cable and software. I have a USB cable for my Samsung E800

Just had a quick look on e-bay and you can get a USB cable and software for £5 Motorola V500 cable & software

how do I find out whether it has bluetooth - i dont think it does - it has internet i know that much -!!

i thougth u were on holiday Graeme - is it raining up north or can you not drag urself away from us here ??
think I need a connection cable as cant see anyway to get them from the phone any other way

I knew I should have just looked it up myself

Anyway according to THIS it has bluetooth. So you could go and get a bluetooth dongle (~£20) that plugs into a USB port that would let you communicate with your phone wirelessly or get the cable CC found. TBH a cable would probably be easier and bluetooth isn't a big advantage for connecting a PC to a mobile imo.

I know I am supposed to understand this - so will wait for phil to get home and explain what it means and then I may be able to post the piccies from my phone LOl - thanks Graeme unfortunately you lost me at : dongle !! LOL
