SuGaR OvERlOAd...

Im on a serious sugar high this afternoon. Im sure I can actually feel my teeth rotting......

I never usually drink "full fat" pop, only diet. And in work I make sure I drink water in the afternoon, I aim for about a litre.

Well today I went to Tesco cos I'd run out of water, when I was there I thought "I fancy pop", and I thought I'd treat myself and get full fat. So I bought full fat cola, AND a bag of revels.

Now I feel crappy, the cola is SOOOOOOOOO sugary, added to the sugar from the revels, I fell well sick...........and I dread the thought of all those extra calories.

I thought the sugar would wake me up, instead i fell knackered!

my worst sugar high was when i was dating my now husband and only a few hours sleep decided to have some lucozade. drunk half a family bottle and then spent hours feeling really ill. sick, dry mouth and headache. dont like lucozade any more
