I use it on myself as skincare (keep meaning to try it for cooking a curry) but haven't tried it on the dogs.

I get mine online - it's probably more expensive than you can get elsewhere but it's very pure and the company was set up to help Sri Lankan people after the tsunami.

I've been looking at coconut oil too. Seen that site and to be honest they seem very reasonable plus you get free p + p. Jantet which coconut oil do you buy? and can you have a quick taste please as I want to use it in cooking lol

I don't use it but I am thinking of giving it a go as the uses seem to be everything from conditioning hair to using as a mouth wash.

I got mine from tesco I think. It's from the groovy food company and it's organic virgin coconut oil. I use it for my hair sometimes when I can be bothered.

Back in the seventies when I used to Henna my hair I used coconut oil as a deep conditioning treatment, It was mega cheap and effective but disappeared from the shelves until becoming trendy again fairly recently.
