I dont want to stress you out any more Blackie's Mum but you might have to have the cars alarm re-set just in case someone finds your keys
Sorry if I've sent you into a panic like I said it's just in case

is there any type of park warden or council you could contact?
that way if they come across your keys you might get them back.

Aww I hope you manage to find your keys, like Leo said could you not give the council a ring and ask if they have a park warden, then hopefully he will find them and return them to you.

Good Luck

People do hand things in found in parks, we once lost Rio's collar and tags, searched high and low but couldn't find them, got a phone call next day from a local pet shop where the finder had handed them in.
so fingers crossed.

If you get them back or have to buy new ones consider adding a tag to the key ring with a mobile phone number and land line number on so that if lost they can be returned easily.

Hello,

Have you tried going back to the park with Blackie, he may be able to smell them out for you. This happened to us once so my dad took one of our dogs out and the area he had gone through was about three football pitches in size, eventually the dog found the keys after about an hour's worth of searching.

Give it a try, it may just work.

Ian

I agree with Ian take the dog over for a walk if he happens across something with the home smell on it (keys will hold it and it doesn't matter that they are new) then he will stop briefly to take notice take him over and watch him like a hawk for any indication - good luck xx
