I admire the work that goes into training a dog to do HWTM and I am sure it is good exercise and mental stimulation. But I would rather see dogs doing some of the things they do naturally like running across the fields and rolling in the grass just 'being dogs' I guess

I agree with this. I obviously understand and appreciate how much work goes into training and creating a routine but I simply find it dull! I dont see it as a natural activity for a dog, and dressing them up is even less appealing.

HATE dogs dressed up in anything. In 99% of cases its for the owners benefit, not the dogs.

For your information handlers are NOT allowed to dress their dogs up in Heelwork to Music (the correct term for Doggy Dancing), they can only wear a dressed collar, and the fact that you made the comment infers that you have not actually any real idea about the sport, never watched the sport or seen how the training is done and how much fun and stimulation the dogs get.
