If it was me, I would contact the vet for advice, To get through the night I would keep him very close to you so he has constant reassurance. My gut reaction would be to try and talk/speak to the vet as soon as you can.

Had to reply to you......
I agree... try and phone a vet or rspca for advise and see what advise they give you,
stay with him... ie talk to, stroke, and let him know your near that should keep him abit calmer.
All the best....I really wish you both the best!

sorry - how awful for you both.

Agree with others, contact a vet. I would sit on the floor with him and comfort him so he knows you are there.

Hope there's been an improvement.

Hope all is well this morning. I would contact the vet straight away because loss of sight can be an indication of something going on in the brain.

sadly he was put to sleep this morning
he had lost all his eye sight and there was fear that he couldnt cope much longer with his back leg as he only had three legs. it was swolling and didint know if he was in pain or in fear. thought it was only fair for him to end this as a 3 legged dog with no eye vision and prblems with his back leg and lookin like cancer had returned we did what we thought was right for him . i was devestated but i know that its what he would have wanted... thanks guys
