Large Airdale Terrier X needs safe haven

Scamp has no hope left - hes in the pound (they do not pts till now)and its making him loco.
He will be on the 'hit list' to be pts as hes a long stayer and hes grumpy.
Hes grumpy because hes been exposed to the elements all through the winter in cold kennels with hardly any beddding and he has arthritis in his back legs - you would be grumpy!

He needs a safe rescue place to get him warm and decrease his depression.
He needs a decent diet and rotation into the fresh air instead of being locked up in a tiny cold kennel all day.

I do not exagerate- there are more in this condition - some worse - some fairing better. :smt102
Barney the collie was a lucky one.
Can anyone please help Scamp ?- fairly urgent please

Scamp has come from the same place as the Collie Barney above

He was due to be pts today - in fact there were 6 of them today
We got Scamp and another out to safety - but after assessment we need to get them homed or into a safe sanctuary somewhere

I wont try the Airdale Breed rescue because hes a cross and I dont think they will help
Anyone in the Midlands got any suggestions?

I'm sure most breed rescues will take first crosses... I may be wrong but I thought that they took crosses. I know that I've seen BC crosses and staffie crosses in breed rescues.

Good luck in finding him a home. Wish we could help!
