I did a search last night and found that thread... I had to actually LOL at that... and then I told OH about it today Sorry Rune!

With the mat its actually pretty easy to fade them out
Put the mat where you want him to go, send him several times
Remove the mat and send him and most likely he will go to the place where the mat wasJackpot
Then put the mat back a couple more times - remove mat - jackpot

Then take the ball and the mat to different places - garden park everywhere and do the same again - and he will get the idea that the mat is behind the ball

I am doing the same thing with contacts at the moment and they get it pretty quick that the mat SHOULD be at the pont just where you want them to be

Ahh, ok I am ordering a ball so I can start to introduce it... he will probably need it to sit around for a day or so, so he can see that it isn't going to kill him (I currently have a play tunnel in my room so he can get used to it).

He is also coming on fantastically with touch
