I would probablely use the meat grounded with bones as we live in an appartment without a garden and the kitchen and livingroom is one big room..

I know I can buy that here in Denmark, in a specific BARF center

But yeah I had also heard about this tip with holding one end of the wing till the dog's learned to chew

See this is also why I might "chicken" out feeding whole bones... Too scary. And Luna gets rawhides anyway, so her teeth are pearly white already

Thanks again Gems. I really was impressed with Loki's teeth after his big bone. Mind you, he got quite precious about it. Normally if I come near him while eating - no problem. If I try to take something from him, he grips it but never gets upset.

I approached him with his bone and he let out a growl! Unbelievable, but he didn't snap or anything. I gently stroked him and left him to it and he was okay with me stroking him periodically, although he kept a careful watch over his bone. Call of the wild, eh?

Scrumps gets like that LS, he wont snap, but he will growl and defend his bone, most dogs gets very protective over there bones

Yeah I dont know if I can buy rabbits, but chickens would be available..
