Milo 15.1.05 - 9.11.09

Milo you were the most special little boy, you loved everyone and everything and we loved you more than words can say. You loved to play and have fun and that is how I will remember you always, when that ability was taken from you I knew you could not be happy.
Its so unfair that such a gentle kind lad like you should have had to suffer and go through so much in your much to short life, but I hope now you are running free from pain and enjoying yourself again.
Mummy and Charly will love you always and you will never leave our hearts.

The Last Battle

If it should be that I grow frail and weak,

And pain should keep me from my sleep,

Then will you do what must be done,

For this, the last battle, can't be won.

You will be sad I understand,

But don't let grief then stay your hand,

For on this day, more than the rest,

Your love and friendship must stand the test.

We have had so many happy years,

You wouldn't want me to suffer so.

When the time comes, please, let me go.

Take me to where to my needs they'll tend,

Only, stay with me till the end

And hold me firm and speak to me,

Until my eyes no longer see.

I know in time you will agree,

It is a kindness you do to me.

Although my tail its last has waved,

From pain and suffering I have been saved.

run free Milo, you were a brave little lad, that fought so hard, but at the end of the day it was a battle that couldn't be won, and your mum did the kindest and nicest thing she could have done for you.

look over your mum, while you're running round in the sunshine, she misses you very much.

Bev my heart is breaking for you this morning, he was far too young, but had been through oh so much (((((((((hugs)))))))))))
