Can anyone help me with these pictures please

went to the vets with my friend and her dog today, he had kennel cough and then his throat swelled
we were told today it is a tumour and he has about 4 weeks left
the other day she asked me take some pictures of Jake
he is 14 years old and she has had him since a puppy

we bothed walked home crying our eyes out

what i am asking is i took 2 pictures of him and i would like to print them and put them in a frame for her
but i dont like the background
could any of you who like to alter pictures have a go for me please
would be really grateful

What do you want done with the backgrounds (blur and black and white with the dog colour or a picture background etc your choice)

i dont mind really, just thought the dog is the main subject so wanted rid of the background, want him to stand out in the frame for her

You could ask over at Yo! Photographer, there is few wizards on photoshop over there.
