MEN!!!!!!!
It is embarassing Corrine, but theres only one other option-death.I still remember the doctors words to me when i asked him what would happen if i didnt have it removed-"you will become very ill and quickly die"-bit of a wake up call do you not think???

They're not intrested in you-they've seen it all before!

I've shown him this too Steve, and it's actually made him sit up and think He now says that he'd go if he knew something was wrong, but would doubt that he'd go for regular checks. On the plus side, he did say that he would start checking himself more often

Self checking is all thats really needed initially Corrine cause its only us who actually know what our own bodies are like.Any small/large lumps, tenderness, tingling, hardness (in testicle!) should be investigated further by a doc.Better to be safe than sorry!

The latest research showed that before 25 cervical cancer is very very rare and that doing the test was actually doing more harm than good.

And Steve from someone that is about to qualify as a Nurse, don't worry about the embarrassment factor. I see so many "bits" in my working day I wouldn't bat an eye lid if you stood at the checkout in Morrisons dropped your trousers and flashed the Little General at me!
