Wish us luck!

We're off to stud this morning, we have a 2 hour drive there and are using a 'maiden' stud dog, the owner does have a 'stand in' should he not be up to the performance!

Fingers crossed, we will have cocker pups in 9 weeks time :smt026

Yet again, no mate :smt009 but she did have a bit of a quiet start to her season, so we may be a couple of days ahead of ourselves. So tomorrow we're off for a pre-mate blood test, that should give us some indication when or if it's going to happen!

We've travelled 400 miles in the past 2 days :smt107 so we think it's best to have the blood test done, before we try again!

Fingers crossed it won't be much longer

When we took our cat Cheetah to be mated - she stayed for a whole week! Great holiday for her! (and us!!) Maybe u could 'look after' the stud for a few days??
