Buster

Buster had to sadly be put to sleep today, the most heartbreaking things I have ever had to do.

Since I got him a few months ago he became really aggressive and I didnt really know his history but as well as help from a behaviourist and a rescue we just got nowhere with him.

He was a very affectionate dog when he wanted to be and I loved his doggy cuddles and kisses.

It was the worst desicion I had ever had to make, but today he went baserk at my 11 month old son while I bobbed him up and down on my knee, he tore up his leg like a rag doll then he went for me....
we contacted manay many places to no avail, just like the last month, noone would have him...

Anyway, To my beloved Buster, gone but never forgotten, I like to think I made your last 5 months a lot better since I took you in and showed you love, I wish it had of been enough babe. I took this photo of you only 2 hours before you left me... I love you and we will miss you, we dont blame you for what you did, only your past.

my fav pic of you babe

I am so sorry Poor Buster must have had a hard life before he came to you. At least he had the chance to know love and comfort for a while.

I hope your son is ok.

Rest well Buster

So sorry to hear you had to take this terrible decision. Buster was a cracking looking dog, but your safety and more importantly, the safety of your child, must be paramount.

Run free Buster xx

My son is fine today, thank you all. the only sign is of course the bites, scratches and bruises, but emotionally he is fine!
I am ok too thanks.

Just racked with the guilt over the whole thing.
