It could be a number of things, defo not a tick in my opin.
I would get the vet to have look at it, just to put my mind at rest.

thats my boy been to the vets. she panicked me coz she mentioned the word tumour but the vet says she is pretty sure its a histiocytoma, a small benign tumour that should go in about a month or two. so was relieved at that! she said it will probably just be a bit itchy for him so gave me some anti-histamines to give him. ive to keep an eye on it and if it starts to grow bigger and wont go, ive to take him back and they will remove it hopefully it will go no probs.

i was so proud of my boy, everybody loved him and he got lots of fuss he also rode the bus, the first time since he was a teeny pup! he did well
