The only other male dog our Bailey has ever accepted was a castrated one, Bailey has strong same sex dominace issues,(malamute trait) but I took a castrated male in on foster for a short time, and Bailey was unsually good with him, yet my bitch who normally like males and not females, hated him, she treated him like another bitch coming into her territory and would have quite happily ripped his throat out, go figure?
