Sleep Tight Ben

Some of you will remember the dog Ben, who belonged to a neighbour that moved to Edgbaston and left him but he finally found a new home with Christine

Well it is with a heavy heart I have to tell you he was PTS yesterday. He was a grand old chap and at least his life in the end was a happy one.

Unfortinately he had cancer and the decision was made as he had begun to suffer and was in pain.

I know Christine is heartbroken, but as she said she has happy memories of him although she only has him in his later year.

Awww, run free Ben, thank goodness Christine came into his life for those last years.
