Not sure where to post this - pregnant rescue dog

I brought home my rescue on August 1st. She's heartworm positive and underweight, but other than that she is a healthy, around 2 years old, pregnant dog. We spent two hours at the Vet, where they did an ultrasound and found at least 3 strong puppy heartbeats. I have never raised puppies before, I have no idea what I'm doing. They said she's between 25-45 days along, and that it could really be any day now. 45 days is just an estimate since I opted for the ultrasound and not an x-ray.

Sorry if I'm not aloud to postsomething like this, or it's in the wrong spot. Any advice about the labor and delivery part, and after she gives birth would be great.
Thank you!

She's pit/border collie/something else?? She was found in a barn two weeks ago by UGA students. She was going to be euthanized. They didn't test her for pregnancy when she was taken into the ER.

First picture is when we first met her. She weighed 30 lbs and wouldn't move. Fast forward two weeks, she gained 14 pounds and will finally wag her tail for me and smile ear to ear.

Google 'What to do when my dog is in whelp' and that will bring up lists for you to read. Don't get bogged down with to many to read. If in doubt ask your vets advice. Just keep monitoring her actions nearer to the time. Circling is a good indication of something happening when it is near to her time. Good Luck I am sure others on here will help as well.

Update, last night she started having REALLY loud tummy noises. It sounded like she was passing gas, but she wasn't. She was also digging at my bed and the living room rug. She wasn't interested in going potty or eating this morning
