Quiz -HELP

Can anyone help with these? I've been doing this quiz for a few days now and I'm stuck on the following questions. The answers are all body parts. If the words are in capitals, the answer is an anagram of those letters. The numbers of letters are in brackets after each question.

I've hit a wall and all but given up so if anyone has any ideas

21 could be collarbone and
24 could be ribs

could 21 be tonsils? so perhaps the tonsils

I thought 21 could be epiglottis
24 - agree could be ribs
59 could be tendons (10 dons) - bit tenuous?

Will keep working on them

I think knife in the back is 'scapula' (shoulder blade)

Sounds a bit clerical could be 'collar bone' (clerical collar)

Could be in the band could be 'organ'

I think 39 is head as in head band
