If you keep your virus protection up to date then you shouldn't have a problem just don't be tempted to open any mails from sources you don't know

I have just updated everything. They still get in but the anti virus alerts me to them.

Funny thing was I bounced the tesco email back and blocked the sender. Two minutes later I got a mail from tesco, saying they had acknowledged the mail. So it was returned. Usually the worm mails can be returned.
