Jackie have you tried the 'Wolfie' thing with Norton?

When you log into the chatroom, there's an apostrophe that comes up on you Norton globe that's on your task bar menu. Double click on that and it will bring up an Portscan IP addy. Go into Norton, click on Intrusion Detection, then the bit where is says IP address, it should bring up a window that says 'exclude computers that should not be added to Autoblock list' copy the Portscan IP addy into the excluded computers window and click on ok. you might have to do it a couple of times, but that's how I managed to get on chat."

I have not tried it yet,what I do is log out of DW..now click on chat and sign in from there..that seems to work its all a mystery to me. I will have to print it out to do the Wolfie thing cos I cant remember what it says when I get to the door of the chat room ..telling left from right is problem enough for me Good luck
