Fuming

I'm so annoyed right now, I placed an order for a fishing alarm for my dads birthday on 19th May, stating that dispatch time would be within 24 hours - great I thought as my dads birthday was 23rd May.

After placing the order I received an email saying that expected delivery time is within 36 hours, any longer and I would be contacted.

I left for my holiday on 24th May, still no item and no correspondance from said company. Thinking the item would be waiting for me when I got back I thought no more of it.

Just checked my order status this evening and guess what? The item STILL has not been dispatched! I've still had no communication from them explaining why

I'm going to call them on Monday and I'm taking no prisoners!

I hate that.

Check the small print before you speak to them.

If you think that's bad....
I sent my old mobile off to envirofone last NOVEMBER and have only just got the payment. I have had to ring them numerous times, only recently discovered it's a premium rate so it's cost me ten times what I have had from them. They have lied, never rung back when promised, it's a CON they are obviously making money out of their premium rate line. As for making me wait SIX MONTHS it's disgraceful!
I don't know how some companies get away with it.
