Absolutely Shattered!

I was due to work a six hour shift at work today as I've been working a lot of overtime lately, and so was due a couple of hours off. I've just got back from a 13 hour shift! I'm totally shattered!

Time for me to go to bed me thinks up bright and early again tomorrow!

OI! Don't overdo it please - you don't want to be off and in agony with your knee again, now do you?

you sound like my OH! "You'll make yourself ill and then you'll be off work and then you'll make mistakes and you'll end up hurting your knee again" (after wrestling with a rottie who seemed to think I was the devil reincarnated )
