Please help me :o(

I am trying to cheer myself up without any luck by doing pics n stuff on adobe PhotoShop, but not getting anywhere I am losing my temper with the thing I just want to cut a face out of one pic and stick to another pic, thats all!! Easy i hear you say? Not to me, my head not in the right place tonight, i feel crap
