Help!

I have b******d up my screen display
Everything is about 3 times bigger than it should be. I have tried all sorts but can't get it back.
I can't even remember what I did to make it happen or why
Can anyone help?

No good myself at this sort of stuff, youngest son gets a phone call off me usually. What about going into the Start Menu and then into control panel, that looks like it may have stuff in to help. Sorry if I'm useless!!!

When you get in the control panel like TW said,then go to "display",click it and then go to settings,should be a little bar you can move to whatever size you want

OK panic over!
I had done all those things and the "little bar" would not move!
Sooooo I then remembered the stock solution.....switch it all off and the back on again.
Yippeeeeee, I did that and it's all back as normal!
