Losing it.

Bear has some kind of eye infection, and so I called the Vet this morning.

"Can you bring him round now?" asked the receptionist.

And so I took the dog, and drove round. I parked up, put the lead on the dog, and walked in to the Vet.

"Good morning Mr M" said the receptionist. To which I replied...

"I've brought the wrong dog !"

I don't know what was, or what wasn't going through my mind, but between speaking on the phone phone about Bear, and getting as far as the front door, I'd managed to put Locky on the lead and tell Bear to stay in the house!

If I wasn't so young, I'd think I was getting old !

As an excuse, I like stress much better than pre-senile dementia!
I took my dog to the vet in the morning, for an afternoon appointment. (Better than the other way round.)

Oh my goodness that's something right out of a movie!!! I am sure it wasn't funny but I can picture it in my head as being very funny. I hope Bear is ok

Well that has made me smile for the first time today!

I had made plans for the next 9 months to deal with my daughters football training on a tuesday and a thursday, only to get outside the door of the meeting and re read the letter i took the details from 4 weeks ago, only to find she has training Monday and Wednesday, i must have took the free days as the busy days. Pain in the bottom cos i have to rearrange the whole week now!

I put mine down to stress and age!!!!

Bet the vet nurse has seen it all before and it keeps them amused!
