Hi Moyra, That's your typical Estate Agent, but at least you are getting e-mails, just have to be prepared for 90% of them to be unsuitable. It can take time but the right place will pop up soon. I'll keep looking.

If your MoT is due soon then might be worth having it done before the end of May when some new regulations come in. If I have understood it correctly it's mostly to do with how they describe things. I think they are going to drop the term 'adviseries' and have three catorgaries to replace them.
