Good show but a bit embarrassing to find out your cockerpoo is really a springer cross .

Someone at work has a friend who got a cockerpoo because they wanted a small dog, no one told them that the poodle that was used was a standard poodle!

Good programme, I enjoyed it. Didn't like one of the female presenters though, not Kate Humble, the other one. Also didn't like that they pretty much promoted greyhound racing.

The guy doing the DNA tests on the dogs was the same one who who was on STV with Roxy and I 3 years ago after Roxy had one done for a television programme.

Roxy's results came out as a Parson Russell x Australian Shepherd x German Shepherd. The GSD bit was "a minor amount detected at low confidence though".

Yes, I took her results with a pinch of salt!

Did you see that the lady they interviewed seemed a bit anxious? That made me chuckle a bit - she probably had pedigree dogs exposed at the back of her mind

agree here. Looking behind the scenes to how racing hounds are treated and what becomes of the less successful specimen (and to the more successful ones too, just later) I can't agree with a TV show promoting the races.

That being said I enjoyed the rest of the show, had to smile at some stages and will surely watch part 2, 3 and 4 too. Looking forward to it, actually
