Help with a website

Im absolutly useless on the computer but I'd love to make my own website.
Ive had one started by my ex partner but for obvious reasons it won't be finished. So I'd love some tips on how best to do one similar to this [mod edit:link to website removed] (free if possible)

Mine is [mod edit: link to website removed] that i pay £5 a month for, also get unlimited Email with that too with my Affix as my Email address, I love it!!!!
