Thanks everyone! Puppy madness is right, LOL you forget how much energy a puppy has but I wouldn't change a thing.
Yes, american cocker spaniel do keep that "puppish" look into adulthood. They are like kids that never grow up...always happy, playful, mischievous and ever so loving.
My husband chose the name Nala from the film " The Lion King"... yes! I know we named our dog after a cat

Aw Nala is just gorgeous Isn't it wonderful having a dog in the house again - my last little dog left such a huge hole when she died.

I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time with her and her with you.
